What material do you use for your cabinet box construction?

We use a ¾” white melamine as our standard material for cabinet construction. However, per request by the client, we can use their preferred material of either Maple Hardrock melamine series, linen melamine series, and/or plywood.

What materials do you carry for the finishes?

Our materials include painted MDF, real wood for doors & panels, wood veneer, melamine (TFL), European High gloss, and matte acrylic finishes.

What is the typical lead time for kitchen or other cabinetry projects?

The lead time will vary depending on the scope of your project and the material selection. The typical lead time is a minimum of 8 weeks after the final approval of the project.
The timeline will also depend on the number of revisions made by the client and the appliance selection. In addition, the decision-making will be dependent on the client’s cooperation. Please note, that this timeline does not include other external factors and acts of God.

What Are Your Hours of Operation?

Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 5 pm, Saturdays and Sundays we are closed. 

Are your services limited to kitchens and vanities?

Our services accommodate any and all designs. Our creations include everything from pantries to closets, TV units, fireplace units, Murphy beds, Kitchens, vanities and so much more!

Do you make everything in your shop or do you outsource?

Our office and manufacturing facility is located in Markham, and we are a 100%, proud Canadian business. All of our products are made in our shop to ensure and maintain quality, and also to adhere to project timelines as closely as we can.

What is within your scope of work?

We specialize in the design, manufacturing, and installation of cabinetry.

Please note, all the services mentioned above to be considered a package and cannot be provided individually meaning we do not provide just a design and we do not provide just installation.

Do you sell countertops and backsplashes?

We do not sell countertops and backsplashes, however, we are working closely with stone suppliers. Our partners can provide the services as a part of the project requirements.

Can you purchase cabinets without installation?

Though not recommended, you can purchase cabinets without installation. We do however advise our trained team to take care of the installation so your cabinets will be inserted correctly, without causing any damage.

Do you sell appliances?

Unfortunately, we do not sell appliances.

What is your process?

The first step in our process is the initial consultation. Here, we discuss what to expect and what is within your budget. At the end of the initial consultation, you will receive an instant free quote.
Once you agree to move forward with the ClearView team, the next phase is the design stage. We will provide you with detailed 2D drawings, layout, materials selection, and a high-quality photo-realistic 3D visualization of the design.
We will then conduct a site visit for precise measurements and to further understand your wants and needs for your project.
Only after approval of the design stage, production will start.
Once completed, the installation will take place.

What is outside your scope of work?

1. Refacing and/or repainting the existing cabinetry
2. Alterations to existing cabinets
3. Changing hardware
4. Addition of a small number of cabinets
5. Countertops and backsplashes apart from a full kitchen renovation

Do you offer interior design services?

We have a Designer Department that designs, develops, optimizes, and organizes the layouts of kitchens, closets, TV units, vanities, wall units, and other custom woodworking pertaining to cabinetry.
General interior design is to be developed by a qualified and certified interior designer or a design company.

Where can I get my cabinets refaced?

Unfortunately, we do not know who does cabinet refacing.

Do you make kitchen islands, pantries, vanities, medicine cabinets, etc.?

Yes, we can make all of the above parts of a major kitchen or bathroom renovation project. Exceptions may be made if the project meets the minimum scope of work.

Do you provide general contracting services?

We provide a limited scope of general contracting services (kitchen area only) as a package.

  -Demolition, disposal, old flooring removal, new flooring installation, plumbing disconnect/connect, plumbing rerouting (subject for inspection), electrical preparations for under cabinet lighting, ceiling pot light installation, electrical panel reinforcement to accommodate stacked appliance (subject for inspection), electrical relocate and addition of receptacle (subject for inspection), wall removal (subject for inspection), partitioning/repartitioning (subject for inspection), wall build, appliance installation, bulkhead removal, HVAC rerouting (subject for inspection), gas line connect/disconnect, gas rerouting (subject for inspection), framing/drywalling, plastering, wall painting, etc.
